I first started diving in Odessa, Texas in 1968. Diving has always appealed to me even as a little kid. It is the adventure of exploring the world underwater and all the technical equipment.

I worked at Marin Skin Diving from 1980 until the closing of the store in September of 2004. Prior to that time I completed training as a commercial diver at Commercial Diving Center, scuba instructor and managed Ed Brawleys professional dive store and school in Monterey.

As an active instructor I enjoy seeing people learn the new skills they need to enjoy snorkeling and diving. As the general manager it is my job to keep Marin Dive Center well stocked with all the best gear and make sure the operation runs smoothly. We work hard to keep up on all the latest innovations in equipment and training.

Almost everywhere I have visited on dive trips beats Odessa. I am especially enthusiastic about Monterey, Southern California, The Sea of Cortez and Belize.
